Stupid yet simple
All you have to do to beat weegee is to use heal a bunch of times and then attack.
Also to the author, just touch up on your flash skills, you could make something better

It´s good, but maybe it wold be better if you do the healing a bit random too. that would make it more challenging

This is pretty good. Wisely, you chose a simple-stupid structure in which to begin your flash testing. By doing this, you minimized the chance for bugs and maximized your chances for a successful game.
With all of that in mind, I'll give you an 8. You got the right idea, start small, and then get bigger.

not even a weegee clone, just a small test weegee sent to see how strong you are so he can tell if he wants to kill you or make you into a weegee. still cool though
