It's bad
You're using too many static poses (Scenes 1 and 2 show this the most.) It's not entertaining to watch someone run slowly towards the foreground; or someone turn around, and then turn around again. It's obvious you took great inspiration from Japanese anime; this leads to a very generic look in the way characters move. The colors are flat, and the animation as a whole just looks lazy. I can't give you points for the music, because your choice in what song to use is... questionable. It doesn't seem to fit with this Flash movie. All things considered, this flash doesn't really deserve to have such a high score.
