Reviews for "IQTester"

152...

Well it nice to finally be ranked among the best, :)

Anyway... improvements: harder random questions - I tried again and they looked like the same questions so doing it again probably means everyone will get perfect scores.
Anyway aren't there time limits in IQ tests???

Its a gadget in the end and a little bit of fun to brag about.

Thanks!

i got

127

cool test

it's a vary good amd acurat test. i got 123. see how high you can get yours.

uhm... no

20/20 questions with a combined result of 138.... (and I think I remember skipping one question... wtf?)

WHILE DRUNK ... AT 00:40 (am that is for americans)

no definitely not... I took a real IQ test and scored below 130 while not being drunk and it definitely didn't make me smarter to hand out at my friends birthday party

it is a nice game, a nice toy, but like all IQ tests on the internet can't be taken too seriously

and skipping a question and getting a 20/20 is either a bug or ... I don't know

and could you please... tell us what it means to be a ... linguistic type of learner or whatever that was? ???

also @ DABERZERKER
your geuss is wrong if 10 people meet the first get's to shake 9 hands ... and the second shakes 8... so there are 45 in total not 55... right math wrong starting variables (basically it is i= number of handshakers for (i-1+1)*((i-1)/2) but I'm drunk so minor mistakes in the formula are caused by alcohol)

A poor quality test

The only things I'm really giving you stars for are your smooth animations, comfortable design and admissible music. As an actual IQ test, the only reason I can see that this has gotten good reviews is that it is such an ego booster. My first try I got a score of 147, putting me well into the rank of genius and on par with some of the most influential figures in history. Now I don't mean to say that this isn't agreeable or flattering or anything, but looking at other reviews I haven't seen a single score lower than 130, and most have been nearer to what I got. You've made 20, laughably easy questions as a measure of an individual's total intelligence, and as a result you've created a new average that is much higher and much more easily attainable than that of the original test. Additionally, all questions are of similar difficulty, so there is no way to differentiate those who truly could deal with a higher level of questioning. But what is most unimpressive to me is the fact that even if one deliberately answers every question incorrectly, a score of 106 is still given. This is closer to the average of the actual test (though according to your Mensa charts, still above average), so what you have done is push the whole score curve up resulting in happier test takers. This feels dirty and cheap to me, and I'm disappointed that so many have taken your report as something reliable. Also, there are only two learning styles as far as I can tell, and that is not a very comprehensive or professional.

And learn how to spell organization please.
