Serious balance issues

Already on level 2 it takes me 11 perfect shots (have to kill the extra cannon first) to win, while the enemy only needs 4 hits. Basically, you just have to hope for some great luck. That makes for a poor game in my opinion and after playing level 2 flawlessly several times, but not getting the luck I needed, I was done playing.

Game concept is simple, but there's a glitch. It occurs when you hold down the left mouse button during the player's phase and releasing the button after the phase intro is done, leaves the cannon unable to fire and a bomb stuck in the top left corner.
