Not overly enjoyable
I'd have to say that this movie is not very good for it's source material. The jokes are obvious and unfunny, the art is inconsistent and even Virtua Cop fans are going to have a hard time enjoying this. I really wish it could have been better.
Please, keep trying and keep improving.
