Do instead of tell please...
one thing that can really hurt an animation is saying " blah blah blah goes here" or "shows here" seriously if you are going to take the time to make that page then take the time to animation whatever you are trying to say. I could hardly read the letters anyway. Overall sloppy. The drawing could be better as well and the animation. more frames makes it smoother. I would say do not be so impatient you feel you can just throw something together. Being a perfectionist in animation is a good thing. Good luck on becoming better.
