i play gang garrison 2 a lot so i know how to do this! its really cool that someone made a game about this. even if the controls sometimes stick and the player goes in one direction until i refresh the page.
overall, epic game very well made, hope to see more stuff from you :D

I've actually never played Gang Garrison 2 (though I have seen it), I'll have to check that out. Strange that the controls stick, I will look into that.

Thanks for the feedback. I set a 4 day limit for this game, so I was mainly focused on getting the platforming just right. I felt like I wouldn't have had enough time to make enemies that were actually fun. I'll be sure to consider that if I decide to make a sequel, though!
Two main problems
1. Movement controls and bouncing off explosions are way too floaty and unpredictable. Fix this.
2.the game pauses briefly before firing a rocket. This throws off the timing and makes the game much harder than it should be.

Fun while it lasted
it took me a while to beat it and i enjoyed it although somethings bugged me
the background was dull(even though its related to the story) and the missiles should be way WAY more fast than they are.
short but sweet i hope to see the sequel soon but with a background more related to tf2 and maybe make the soldier meet other characters like pyro etc..
you also should add more obstacules like in midle jumps theres glass you gotta break or the gravety changes the spikes get kinda old fast anyway hope to see the sequel.
PS:watching soldier getting all torn apart over and over again never gets old 248 deaths lol
Thanks a lot for the feedback. Unfortunately, I'm pretty bad at art, I agree that I could have done a lot better with the background. Next time I'll try to get an artist to collaborate with me.
