Lives system sucks.
I died on level 30, then when you hit continue (with absolutely everything maxed out) you die instantly. That needs to change; maybe a 2 or 3 second grace period or the game could drop you in a corner or something where there are no zombies.
I just made the invulnerability time coming out of death much longer so you have a much better chance of getting out alive after coming back from death.
@ people who think inf. ammo is a bug
when you max upgrade your gun's ammo, you get inf ammo, i tested it with uzi and magnum without using rage. they had inf ammo. its not a bug.
Fun, but repetitive, too easy to just run around in circles (i did that every wave) to avoid zombies and bosses. bosses are way too easy, all they are is just melee, make the first and second boss have a medium range attack, that would make it A LOT harder, and help combat the run in circles tactic.

seems like the zombies disappear and dont die but stay on the radar.. i hope that helps you find the problem.. other then that good game..

Yes the whole top-down wave after wave thing has been done to death, I know, but I love just about every single one of them. Yours is no exception, and I like the max ammo upgrade for the weapons. And rage mode with the shotgun at max speed is just retardedly hilarious hearing a shotty go that fast.
