To start off, yes, this animation is pretty creepy but then again THIS IS Newgrounds and this kind of content is often welcomed. Putting aside the "Holy Sh*t!" comment I said in my head after watching, the animation was good overall. The story was interesting and perceptive (I mean, how do you think your live would be if you were candy in a candy shop), the art fitted in well, and if you had the goal to make people say "WTF" you've long since succeeded sir.
One thing: I won't say it was cliched but around the point when he was I saw where the story was going.
