Quite lacking...
For a turn-based RPG game, it sure lacks a lot of things.
Battles don't really need planning. None of the enemy teams caused me to change my usual tactic of just using barrier at the start then spamming rockets. Only the last two teams actually forced me to use the med kit. And only a total of 300 exp for any team battle? Just a cheap way to keep me playing to earn the Grinder medal.
The menu theme is pretty dull. Just hearing it after the end of every battle causes me to not look forward to the next one. All melee weapons and firearms share the same Adventure Quest-esque sound effect. Pretty dull as well.
The customization feature is probably this game's highlight, but the only affecting equipment is the weapon. But all melee weapons seem to have the same attacking power. The only worthwhile weapon to wield are those two-handed firearms whose attack powers don't seem to differ as well.
Overall, pretty below average for a game of this genre. Next time, try to pick a more upbeat track and better sound effects. The game's pacing is pretty good, so incorporate that into your next game.
