Great game, everything worked awesome. the only annoying thing was the flying creatures, you shouldve made it a mouse based aimer, or an auto aim of some sort.
A nice adventure shooter...
Yet the one or other flaw... Now I won't go deep on all those suit or aim problems. I'm talking about a bug in this shoot or kill dream. You can as well run shooting in this dream, hitting the figure will cause Sergei to yell "Noooo!!!" And after you reach the figure itself, you will leave the dream, the speech of the figure remains though.
This causes the game to disable the ability to shoot. You can then still jump and run in the levels, but you can't shoot, making the level unbeatable. I know you can't disable the problem with going through a door. I don't know if dying will help. Can someone confirm this, please?
Anyway, I'll give this game a 5/5 because it is very enjoyable and tempts to replay it and a 9/10 because the one or another flaw.
Now hand me a sequel!
If Dead Space and Metroid had a baby, it would look an awful lot like this. Great atmosphere for a flash game and the monsters and just hard enough to kill that the player isn't overpowered. Well done Berzerk.
Awesome game! Good action, simple controls, good pacing and great cutscenes. Clearly draws a lot from Event Horizon, The Thing and Dead Space. Would love it if I knew what the requirements are for stars since the last thing that I've got to complete is 4 starring all the levels!
