Good and Ok.
This isn't meant to sound hateful. I thought the Animation was really really good, you got a steady hand for drawing! It shows. The only thing I didn't like, and please don't take this the wrong way, the animation was slow. It seemed like it skipped here and there, and was out of sync or something with its speed. Some spots, the animation was never really either finished or fully done. I feel like your talented enough to know that some spots could use work. Good job though!

MUSIC killed the creepiness
im not quite sure what to say about it, i really liked it, but the mere fact is that i don't know whether or not you want to make it creepy, scary, or terrifying, because if you are, then the music you used doesn't make it scary at all,
well scary or not, as a matter of fact i liked it, but the thing is the last part i didnt find too funny, but i still loved it, in addition i would have given it a perfect 10 if you improved the animation, because some parts don't look pleasant, anyway good job, and keep going forward

Well, its not bad.
Got to go with bhawb on this one. Its not like your animating skills are bad at all, but perhaps the choice of music killed the feel you may have initially been going for. Maybe go for a better fit the next time you do something that is supposed to be scary?
