I think it was seriously, an amazing, tear-jerking piece of work. Kudos to you, it's not the best drawn animation, but it's based on a real life event, it comes from the heart, and it had work put into it. That's all you need. Great Job.
And @ dakeku123, I'm not completely sure if I'm right, but I believe it's the same girl, and she realized that even with someone who 'has got it all', she would never be happy again, she was always thinking of the guy she met before.

This was a great piece of art, and it was greatly simple. If this explained your last two weeks of your life, then you have lived two weeks of a ton of mixed feelings, but in the end, it was okay in the end.
