nice

I'd say 10/10, good alround game, maybe like to see more enemies, half expected the dreaded "reflect attacks" spell but that wasn't in there.

Loved it from start to end

The combat system is near perfect, abilities are awesome, and the level of challenge is great. This game leaves almost nothing to be desired. Melee and Magic are both equally great classes to choose from, both were balanced and fair, I loved them both, but there were small annoyances here and there
For melee, the main attack was, of course, "attack". With so much attack there were going to be a lot of skill orbs which means Melee'ers were going to be dependent on their skills. The skills were pretty good, mainly the active tree starting with bellow. However, I did not see any of the other skills really helpful at all, more like skill point traps. The only other skill I used from other trees was Meditate (which is freakin helpful as hell). I was slightly disappointed in the other skills, but it nothing that serious.
For magic, I enjoyed the leveling up system that changed not only the damage that the spells did but also the animation and sounds. The spells were very disverse, Bolt being the field attacking spell, fire being the mana heavy powerhouse, water being the default since it was the cheapest but weakest, and heal just being, well, heal. After maxing all of my spell levels to 3 stars, I saw I had no need for the tier 2 spells, and that kinda made me sad. In my first play through, I tried to use them, but they cost so much mana I immediately turned them away. However, I did get them very early in the game so I may have turned them down too quickly since my mana levels weren't very high, so if anyone found them practical then nevermind this whole section.
The main hero I found it difficult to choose between a melee'er or a magic'er so I chose both. Ehh....I kinda found that he was too weak for both fields and ended up being a little awkward in my party. He was alright...I guess... I suggest just choosing one or the other, magic if you want high elemental damage rates early in the game and an extra healer, or melee if you want a tank and raw strength later in the game (Thorned Signet + Unyielding Ability + Lambaste Skill = Epic PWNAGE)
The bosses were very fun, each being very unique and challenging in their own sense. What I mean by that is that some were just major tanks and required endurance, while others were just freakin damage monkeys that killed everything in sight. The secret bosses...ehh, I didn't encounter them on the first run through the maps so I only got them by going back to the map after I finished the game...kinda lame.
The signet system very very awesome, but some were kinda not that great like the Engineer signet that gave orbs when prime number of people were still in play, so pretty much only when 2 enemies were on the field...pretty lame as well. But nonetheless, I found myself using at least half of them at one time or another.
The last boss, I have to say, was kind of a push over. I dont know if I did it out of order or something, but he was weak as hell compared to Tip Top, who was just a freakin beast. I had to train like 5 levels just to kill him. I think you're supposed to kill Horn first, THEN Tip Top, but it was an honest mistake to do Tip Top first.
The items were all useful, but I really did not use mint all that much. Mint would use one turn which I did not see very practical when I could be using that turn to defend or attack to get orbs, but just my style of play I guess.
Well that all I have to say about this game, very great game thats fine tuned to pretty much perfection. Minor blah's here or there, but awesome game. One last comment, OMFG A ROCK I DON'T WANNA DIE SO YOUNG! *epic camera shift to rock, zoom in, zoom out* (You'll get that when you hit the Carintine hidden boss, freakin hilarious)

awesome

Great game:)

Dang!

Great Game!!

Vira Cocha was the most annoying boss by far but after applying the right signets it wasnt as bad. I used Stone, coward can work to (cochran since I just use him for magic), Lightning (Tradda), and Fire (Rhydol). Level should also at least be 24. Tradda and Cochran should be able to use heal and Cochran should needs to know revive. Rhydol needs lambasate and have it so his defence adds 5 skill orbs. Having a decent speed is also needed. (This strategy also reguires a little luck so dont be surprised if it doesnt work right off the bat)

Oh and if your missing any signets make sure youve gone back to Tradda's Farm to buy the Ninja Signet. Youll also need 50,000 to get it.

EPIC

awesome game but one question, why is there an enemy called the raged boulder? it does nothing but sit there. anyways, other than that, awesome game. a sequel would be much appreciated. :)
