after i reach wave 12 the game reset .. wave 13 had 2 zombies wave 14 had 3 and so on... so i quit...

OMG DUDE!!!
Longer waves at the end please? Seriosuly, wave 20 was 3 zombies. I dont even get past the first row of bulets before its over. Wave 10 was like 50. Make them more like that.
Also, there seems to be a glitch where you dont have to reload. I think its something about like useing a melee right as you fire the last bullet? Might wanna check into it. It did save my ass in level 13 thoguh.
Great Game
But it glitches a little after round 13. After about that point the rounds only go for about 20 seconds and you get about 5 zombies. Unless these rounds are supposed to be easier then the first few rounds then I recommend fixing this problem.
I like the animation and the power-ups. Money distribution system is effective and I love that it doesn't cost a butt-load to heal.

Bug?
After wave 16 or so, the zombies started to trickle out, so I only had to kill three or four per wave. Then during Wave 25, I killed a few of them, and they just stopped coming, but the wave didn't end.
Needs a little somethin' extra. Add a few bosses (maybe once every five waves or so?), and throw in an upgrade to reload the main gun faster. I was going to say something about the secondary guns (shotgun and grenade launcher) not being reloadable, but I think the one-clip-per-wave thing is actually a reasonably balancing factor, from what I've seen; if I could just reload the shotgun and grenade launcher, I'd never use the main gun again.
Overall, 8/10 and 4/5. It does get a little redundant after a while, with the glitches(?) and the lack of bosses.

Oh well. Above average game. I wouldn't be surprised to see this in the assassins category.
