I know an easy way to kill him.
All you have to do is move forward as to make sure your large and wide ship fills the screen and crashes into the prototype, which will instakill and cause little to no harm to you.

Btw Noticed there is a big explosion in the preloader if you zoom in twice... supposed to be there or no? it's like a bunch of blue purple and yellow scribbles in circles all over like a 2 year old does w/e just tell me if its an easter egg or sumthin.
