Like you said it was fairly decent and i quite enjoyed watching it :)
Just a tip though; Try to use a higher frame rate to smooth it out (24fps is always good for action movies.)
Well this is a decent-ish flash and it is obvious that you have the potential to become a good animator.

So what... Catform is 12 and can animate WAY better. All that aside though, here is my opinion.
Pros:
-You managed to complete a madness movie, kudos.
Where you need improvement:
Try raising your FPS this looks like its 20 or under, you need to animate at 30, or at least 26.
Man, practice your walking! There is a great tut for that on youtube. Do NOT use the tutorials here on NG, they suck.
The artwork was, well, bland and unoriginal.
Don't take my comments too seriously, I am not trying to flame you because I was no better when I started animating madness. Just trying to help. You have potential, keep at it.
