Reviews for "S-RPG: PSP Adaption V20.1"

Nice!

I'd say this is teh best Stick RPG imitation yet! nice job! Also here's a suggestion! How about every time you win a bar fight, you get a type of item, sometimes rare items

Kwing responds:

What an interesting idea! There's no inventory system in this game, and I've really stopped updating it this time, but that's really a good one. Maybe in another game.

cool

this is cool and awsome can you make some more man

Kwing responds:

I think I've finally stopped updating this game, but I'm making more.

Fun

I love the way you tried to recreate the game, but 1 thing is that to have a Vcam on the player and walk around so the landscape seems more open. and your player isnt so small.

Kwing responds:

I tried that before, but it didn't turn out; since this is made to go on the PSP, putting in a VCam lags it horribly. I used to use the VCam in the earlier version before realizing taking it out made it way, way quicker. Thanks for the feedback!

Its good just id be moe comfortable if i could purchase a home i found where to do it but... Its just not trying to work

Kwing responds:

It won't work if you don't have the cash. Unfortunately you have to buy the entire house straight-up.

Feels a bit cramped

And yes, I did resize it up.

I loved the original Stick RPG, had me occupied for a looong time, and if I had a PSP, I'd most def download this game.

Graphically, there's not much to say. It stays quite true to the original game, but the stick figures (when close up) look... disfigured. At least in the face. You didn't really need to add eyes or hair, just different colours to separate them from eachother should be enough.

Didn't get very far in the story mode, but what I did play was quite fun. I like your addition of achievements, as well. Training, working out, working, all of that worked out just fine. Didn't get Race or make to work out, so you should probably consider adding a tutorial/walkthrough at the beginning of some of the mini games.

Audio is casual, sort of muzak-feeling. Goes well with what was used int he original. All the score used really does fit the game, there's nothing too complicated or technical, which goes well with the simplistic style of the game.

Kwing responds:

Glad you liked it!

I added facial features because I was getting complaints about the graphics... And those complaints actually ceased once I added the facial features. Besides, everyone digs the Indian guy in the bar.

Sorry the race thing didn't work out for you. There's a full instruction manual at the beginning; just click settings and then the button in the far corner and you can read the full manual.

Still, looks like this is an overall positive review. :D
