Reviews for "The Go On Collab!"

Could be better

Play button could use better hit detection (i.e. you should make the holes in the P and A count as the button, as well).

PBass's part was particularly well done. Some of the other ones were pretty good, other ones not so impressive. Overall, I think everyone else should've tried a bit harder. When you're doing a collab like this, you only have to do a short amount of the animating... Like, just 10 seconds or something. It takes me somewhere between 1-3 hours to animate around 1 second worth with pretty decent detail. It's not like you had to get it all done in a day, so I don't think it would be asking too much that each person put around 10-30 hours into their segment.
Most of these barely had any frame by frame, really. There's a time and place for motion tweens, but I don't think 80% of a collab between 9 artists is appropriate. A lot of this just felt kinda cheap.

I didn't feel the connection between Icandraw and JKAmovies at all (by the way, you have one sweet avatar, JKAmovies)... I agree with Nicholas-Deary's points.

not bad but...

the animation on some is pretty decent and the humour was satisfactory but not hilarious, the tune's stuck in my head which is good lol. all-in-all not bad and most definitly not the worse flash i've ever seen. good job

Poor

I'm not really sure what was going on in this collab. The first part consisted of a hamster in someone's pocket holding a banana or something. This was not a great star as it left me quite bewildered. I get that the point of the collab was to include the hamster thing in all on the parts and carry it on but in some parts the translation of the hamster between different styles was so different that it lacked continuity and just became very confusing.

The artwork was generally quite poor with some exceptions and definitely should have been touched up a but, this did give an overall feel hat the collab had been rushed. Anyway, it was interesting put I was not very impressed and I don't think it was worthy of a daily 3rd.

P.s. Stop reviewing your own collab guys, lol.

PBass responds:

The point was simply to continue where the last author left off, the hamster just ended up being in all of them. The transitioning of styles was more to add artistic diversity, so the lack of visual continuity was intended.

I'm sorry you didn't fully enjoy it, but thank you for your comments and criticisms!
