Sorry but...
it was the most cliche joke like EVER. its happened in loads of cartoons and it it wasn't THAT funny back then and its not working for you now.
You need come up with a funnier concept that maybe we didn'y expect to hapen. Because lets face it was ALL saw that ending coming.
The graphics were okay maybhe a touch of colour improve it.

anyways i would like it if the animation was waayy better and if there was actually some talking overall it looks like you didnt put much work into it at all so good luck next time Peace
Dont flatter yourself
this was just another mickey mouse-ish feel to it, your not that great of an animator,and it was obvious his invention wouldnt work and hed try to pull a parachute, just work on animating and making stuff up by yourself.
