Reviews for "The Year of the Cat"

Alright..

The animation is bad looking, as if no effort was put into it other than making sure it wasn't jaggy (even worse if done on purpose). The sound seemed to sync and there was no mic distortions, but the quality of each character's voice was very "meh."

The story of the movie

"The sworn protectors of the King Cat's secrets and eggs must defend against the Great Lizario and his henchman George Foreman. Yeah baby ya..."

is just silly, and trying too hard to survive on randomness.
Which also links to the originality of the animation, as you have done this a *lot* of times Marc. It would really help your animation(s) if you came up with something new.

Please get rid of the giant ad at the bottom, it really doesn't help.

Unfortunate...

This is proof that people really will laugh at anything... Random isn't funny. It's just random, and quite often stupid...

"Cats lay eggs and have secrets?! WHOA!!! I never thought of that!!! This is GENIUS!!!"

No. It's stupid.

I'm sure your other stuff is okay, but I can't say I've watched it. Sound quality was good, though. Two stars for that...

sorry

That wasn't very good, you could have done so much with that name

... What on earth did I just watch?

Ok, I'm not sure why this is supposed to be funny, and struck me as a some kind of Troll.
But the Animation bordered on tolerable so I gave it a couple more stars than I was going to.

Stopped watching after like 2 minutes...

It's just not funny in my opinion, maybe I don't get the references, but the voices are dumb, and the plot is dumb, and it's not funny. Got boring as soon as george foreman appeared. Is it supposed to be sarcastic or something? I just don't get it. Animation is overall slow and boring, the art is boring and the jokes are like a 5 year-old's attempt at 90s sitcom humor.
