Really good coding and music! Also, thank you for the sound effects, something a lot of games don't get right. The controls were pretty simple and easy to use. The graphics got the point across pretty well too. Looking forward to seeing updates or new games!

It's OK.
I enjoyed it actually, it was simple and not too hard that it was impossible to play in a long run. When you make the second one bear this in mind, don't get too complex because i thought that the simple gameplay and graphics gave this game a certain feel. For a first flash game, this is a good attempt.

Okay, but nothing special
I guess it's not bad for a first attempt, but it's not really playable in the long run. Without powerups of any kind, the game quickly overwhelms you.
I'm working on the second one right now. Perhaps different difficulties would resolve that?
