That's a pretty sweet game, but as usual I have complaints. Not that anyone's really listening probably, seeing as this was made in 2002 and the artist is probably in the old folks home or something.
I really don't get the whole missiles flying at nothing in particular scheme of the gameplay mechanics. Are you supposed to fire ahead of them, or at them, and what's with the last level? You have to be on crack to think anyone will be able to get by with all of their firepower depleted and no new missile powerups coming in, or at the most trickling in at such a slow pace you want to smash your monitor to rubble waiting, all the while being provided with powerups you DON'T NEED, like speed.
Speed is bad. Say no to speed. Say yes to missiles.
