I's say the same as everyone.
You are a great artist, the animation is fluid, you have your own style of drawing, but the story is nearly pointless, I mean it's like some sort of prevention movie to stop people from running to catch the bus. Also, the character looks mental, he just stays in the middle of the road and waits...
I suggest you work in pair with a scenarist, or you try finding a really good scenario on your own.
