Wonderful
I loved the artwork. The humor was kind of dry, but alright for a short. I loved the "I guess Jim finally decided to do it" part. The animation was very smooth, and the pretzels were pretty pimp.

I very much appreciated the Happy Harry-esque animation style. I'm surprised I haven't seen more of your animation around before.
Pretty funny
The voices all fit their characters pretty well, and the quality was good. The one-liner at the end was... not hilarious, but it wasn't lame enough to kill it so thumbs up there!
Honestly you could have just ended it at "I did not think this throughhhh...." and it would have been an awesome short.
