A fantastically original twist on a staple idea.
This game is quite simply sublime. The graphics are simple, but quite clearly pay homage to everyone's favourite plumber. The all-voiced sound effects gave me a giggle. The placement of different power ups really made you think about each level carefully, and sometimes it wasn't obvious how to proceed until having a few failed attempts first.
The final boss was a simple premise, but hard to get right, which i enjoyed thoroughly.
The level designs were clever, and the music was quaint and charming.
Given the simple yet elegant design, I could see a sequel complete with level editor being a very popular submission.
Can't stop playing...
This game is incredibly fun and well designed, and I really can't stop myself from playing the same levels over and over.
I really hope a sequel comes out soon!

This game was good, but the music annoyed me. If this game had better music this rating would be higher. So, 4/5 8/10.
