Mostly straight from a tutorial
I see that you did add some things yourself, but this is still mostly straight out of a tutorial. You should try your hardest to understand the codes and how to use them so then you will be able to add additional things to the game.
If you understand the codes from the tutorial you should at least be able to do a sort of track selection screen with multiple different tracks to choose from.

way to take me back to the 80's.Music and all.....but even the 80's had something to race against. I thought about seeing what would appen after 10 lps but lost interest after lap 2. try again bud.
A Good Start
Pros: The controls worked really well; felt really smooth. The music was okay.
Cons: Not much to the game, a single track, a single car, no opponents. Though I said the music was okay, it didn't quite match the theme of the game.
Suggestions: More tracks, and larger ones. Upgrades that increase speed, turning ability, acceleration, etc. (With upgrades available, the starter car should be slower and a little harder to control than the one in this game.) Add computer controlled opponents if you can. You could make some kind of "story mode" where you unlock different tracks and earn money for the aforementioned upgrades.

That's exactly like Drift Runners and Drift Runners 2.
I Can't Do: Upgrades, Different Cars for Player, Different Tracks.
I Can Do: Computer controlled Opponents and maybe a Player 2 Car.
P.S If your wondering why I CANT do MORE TRACKS, that's because I've never made a racing car game before, this is my first. And the gotoAndPlay codes and gotoAndStop codes don't work for me. no matter how hard I've tryed.

That was incredible. Completely mind gripping race that lasted over a full 2 minutes of my life. Incredible music to it dude.
