The graphics were good, but the animation was very jerky and sometimes doesn't make any physical sense lol, like the part with the car o-o. Also it seemed sort of lazy at times, like the part where he just reaches up and shoots lighting at the bulb, and then it just shows some eyes moving around with some sound effects. I don't know, it can definitely use some improvement . . . good thing this isn't the final version =D

Hm.
It was good for what it was, but I really had no idea what was going on, and your transitions could use some work. You seem to only move one event at a time instead of having them all occur simultaneously. Good job, and I expect to see more.
