The animation was non-existent (was it done in MS paint? It looks like it), but that's no reason to automatically mark down something to such a low score.
However, I didn't find this funny at all. Personal taste, and it's good that others seem to disagree with me, but I think many of the "Turd Of The Week" winners with equally poor animation are much better than this. Very poor. I'm giving it two stars as you have at least put more effort into this than many people who make really poorly animated flash shorts do.
