Well done.
What really set this apart was not visual quality, but timing and execution of the animation and sound. The effects chosen were effective and smoothly executed.
Graphics : (6/10): Decent, but expected.
Sound: (8/10): Effects chosen were great, music was suitable. Sound quality a little scratchy.
Theme / Humor: Delivers exactly what it promises. Timing really made this. (10/10)

Great parody of Mario! Graphics weren't too shabby for only your second animation and the deaths were hilarious! My fav was when he ate the poison mushroom. Good job1
Not exactly original, but well executed
Your animation's not that bad, although some of the concepts you used (i.e. the Poison Mushroom) weren't exactly original.
Still, you drew this instead of using sprites, so that earns you some credit in my books.

I think you're showing a good deal of potential here. Where there was animation, it was very smooth. The humor was a bit hit or miss, but I haven't been laughing much today, so I may be biased as the moment. As well, not a bad concept to dive in to.
The only things I see that you should really improve on is the overall art of the cartoon. That's not to say that the art is terrible, but I'm sure you can see room for improvement.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to your next animation.
