The animation is simple yet beautiful. No annoying background to distract from the plot. That bear is just so damn cute.
I have to say I really did enjoy this, enough to write a review too. A lot of flashes on Newgrounds seem to be half-fast but not this one.

Well animated and comical
I like your style! All the animation was good, such as when it turns around the tree. The only part that seemed a little odd was how the legs were moving very quickly (when it was walking in at the beginning) yet the body was moving slower. It didn't seem to match it. I feel like if it "covered more ground", even just slightly, then it'd be perfect! Of course, I realize that this is your first animation.
