It's a little bit boring. It's just some images with very limited interactivity. Even the plot wasn't very good at all.

The guy was in a hospital because, if I guess correctly, he takes drugs, and the girl, is a hallucination, or a symbolism of drug.
The guy's doubt about his dependency on his girlfriend is actually his dependency on drugs, the "happy" ending is actually the bad one, where the guy broke a major artery and nearly died.
The seemingly bad result of him breaking up is actually him out of drug dependency, kinda obvious, and the "serious game" in the description gave it away ;)
Fun, but a little too easy
I'd say you might want to make the endings a little harder to get than : 1. Pick all the top choices, 2. Pick all the bottom choices, 3. Pick some top choices, then some bottom choices.
Very good
A vey good game with a nice twist, very interesting. I agree that its about drugs and that the girl is some sort of manifestation of drugs, and the hospital is about him using a needle and missing the arteries and veins.
Took quite a while to work that out though, but a very nice game overall, good job.
