Pretty fun, but needs some polish
It's nice to have a tough flash game again, the problem is, you must be able to discern tough with plain cheap.
I've got killed by an enemy using a flamethrower, THROUGH A WALL. I couldn't even get to the room where the enemy was.
The timer also does not add anything to the gameplay, as you are worried more with the lack of a health system. Having no health bar is a valid try, but if the game will make you worry about it a lot, then the player doesn't need any more problems.
Also, although the music is quite nice, the sound effects for the bullets are quite annoying. In a game where you are going to hear the same sound effect over and over again, you should at least do a little research in the sfx field to get a softer and more ergonomic sound.
Other than that, HOW THE HELL THIS GOT RATED "E"? I'm not complaning or anything, I just found it a little bizarre...

Makes me think of Duke Nukem, but with Metal Slug gameplay, pretty awesome, but the timer was annoying! The needless timer loses one mark.
