You got some style for the characters and text and i liked the certain bits of animation.
HOWEVER......
the music looping in some certain scenes is annoying
special effects is a mixed bag
try to get some help with the fight scenes
and find some more sounds bytes for stuff cause there's a couple of missing sound fx

The reason the music was looping was the music was placed inside movieclips, if they weren't then the music would stop at scenes with txt in them.
Yeah, fight scenes aint my strong point. My main point with fight scenes is to tell a story. It's a change from the usual DBZ style sprite fights that are everywhere now.
I WILL however work on the fight scenes.
