Geez

I liked the game, not pretty amazing graphics, neither gameplay, just another defense game more, but it was fun anyway and I liked the possibility of being able of using the keyboard or the mouse, cause I'm using a notebook and the tactil mouse isn't comfortable.
I was looking forward to finish it but after a lag I had to actualized the website and my data was lost. I didn't feal like playing it all over again.

Was okay... Up until Wave 14.

During nightmare 14, a new class of enemy is introduced without any warning and in droves against the player. This would be okay, if the new enemy wasn't acrobatic, fast, and able to transverse every layer of play (as the laser cannon could only initially shoot at the base level.) Let alone that out of nowhere 9 of them charged my station.

I realized that with my upgrade path up to that point, i couldn't win so gave up.

Learn from the bugs and issues here for #2

The game was pretty sweet, but really needed some more work before it would be extremely enjoyable.
Clicking to swap weapons can be an issue when all you have is your starter gun and the liquid nitrogen (before setting it to auto-turret). It is extremely difficult to click to swap to the starter gun again, and I had to resort to tab-enter to swap to it. Heck, I was hoping to be able to hit the number keys to enable weapon-switching.

~*~Speaking of which, to anyone new trying this, the liquid nitrogen gun isn't worth it until you spend 3000 after you purchase it for the auto-fire, after that it's EXTREMELY useful.

ALL auto-turrets will continue to blast away at those spaceships that fall off the bottom of the screen (the small fliers early on and their large clones a little bit later for example). This causes them to waste time on dead stuff already.

The Strong Will idea was pretty good, and the in-between effects with escaping the nightmare was pretty interesting, but a lot more detail or action within that would have been spectacular!

I read a lot of comments about being angry at the sound, but I had my volume rather low so I didn't really get that much of it... but repetition did develop eventually.

All in all, a pretty good game with SO MUCH potential, I hope #2 comes out soon, and cheers!

Good game, but has a lot of glitches

Like summary says, it's rather an interesting game, but i found a lot of glitches. -Firs if you select another gun through buttons on screen you cant select back your main cannon.
-After buying the +15 degrees upgrade, that option never blanks out, so you can spend your money on it without getting more degrees (or money back)
-If you bought tlod and chaingun and start a new game, those weapons will be available since beginning (in fact they appear as soon as the tutorial starts)
-On later waves (i was about 28) appears what i like to call "ghost ships", which you cant hit, neither automatics aim at, but they count as invasions.
-On that same wave, after it "finishes" still a lot of enemies are visible and moving through screen, even as you enter the base again, making weird things happen, like you cant even walk to research since the wave starts by its own.

Hope you can fix those things, or even better make a second part.

Bug

so yeah it kinda got boring after a while
and the ice shooter glitch really needs to get fix otherwise when you buy the ice gun first before you buy any other turret you're kinda screwed cuz you can't switch back
