i ALMOST had all the upgrades, i had the point ONLY at the end, at the 1st try.

One issue
I really like the game, I have played through it twice now. I do have one issue with it however. The fact that once you lose one level you have to start all the way back at the beginning is very frustrating. Also that you do not have enough levels to get all the upgrades. It would be really nice to have some sort of a Free mode, where you can just keep getting upgrades until you get tired of the game. Just an Idea, but I think it could add quite a bit to the game.

Love the game i would love to see the ability to sell your upgrades though so that you can spend the points on other things but other then that I lvoe this game :D

Excellent game
The game is excellent. The concept of 1 bullet = one kill is one of the key elements that makes the bloons series very very addictive (with the occasional exception of the ZOABs). That and the fact that monkeys throw darts at balloons just because... well they can :)
However, some pointers as to how I think the game could improve (The game is still great ;) ):
I'm definitely missing a lot of possible upgrades. Such as wingmonkeys, a type of mine that explodes when in contact with a bloon, spiked catapult darts such as in BloonsTD 4 etc.
Make it possible to replay old levels to try and get a higher score.
A Sandbox mode would be greatly appreciated.
Its dissapointing if you upgrade your 4 darts to laser eyes just to find out ur barely killing more bloons cuz u lost two darts. The last laser upgrade is also worthless cuz Im actually killing less bloons with the last one compared to the 4 laser one.
The upgrades should also be manually activated, not by touching them. Allow supermonkey to pick them up, activate them with spacebar. I tripped over sun god upgrade just when there was a quiet part in the level :(
Im looking forward to a sequel on this game :)
