Decent.
I gave you an 8 for a good idea, it's just not interesting enough. You should think about adding some sound effects such as the falling whistle sound effect (google that phrase [: ) for when the ball is falling. Sometimes it's impossible to get the ball on the platform as well, just a heads up!

It is a sub-par game, but something about it really makes me want to keep on playing it. You got something right, good job!

Nice idea, but the wind makes the game virtually unplayable.
Try making the wind less strong or the ball movement more responsive.
Also, something other than changing backgrounds could be used with each level, I can see it getting boring over time.

Its a good concept but the controls are just wacky and dont really work for what you need them to do.
