Aside from the fact that the song really IS about masturbation (the original version by The Vapors is well known to have nothing to do with anything Japanese). Well, theres a game called "Incredible Crisis" that has a level just like this, only way harder, but you're a Japanese businessman on a hospital stretcher who was just thrown out of an ambulance.
