Great game!
This is an incredibly well put together game with a cute voice over to go with the cute visuals of the game. Not to mention the selection of cool songs to go with this. Fans of "The Adventure of Link" will really like this one especially (between the "sword in the stone" opening, to the top down field play, to the map view of upcoming monsters and the following side-scrolling battles, etc. etc.).

Perfect little game
This is what it's all about. Simple but enjoyable gameplay, a decent enough challenge level near the end, and just about the cutest hero of all time. This is the first time in quite a while where I've been reduced to "awwwwww," just from "spell time!" to "never mind."
In short it's a great game, but your kid puts it over the top.

When only I saw who's author of this flash I knew I can vote 5 without even loading it... and I was right. Nice, funny game, good graphics, great music... and that voice ;)
