but i use a track ball with no scroll wheel so i can't even check out your game... is there nothing you could set up as an alternative?

The only thing that detracts from this imensely additicive puzzle game is the fact that the timer doesn't start over for every puzzle that you encounter. The fact that you must complete every puzzle in such a short time is almost impossible. I highly recommend a sequel with the time thing fixed and it'll score 10/10 for me.
The gameplay is very shallow and the sound of the record playing is extremely annoying. I do like the graphics, though. Perhaps I'm just not black enough to like this game.
