Pretty cool
The combination of turret, snipes and the tools was pretty cool. I made the mistake of forgetting about the tools...it's kind of an odd name for them. Maybe something more like "Reinforcements" is appropiate, because the upgrade menu is rather misleading if you forget that they're called tools. It's like "hey, this reduces the recharge time on my tools...I guess it works for both turrets and my rifle!" It might seem more like the player's fault, but on the other hand, it's also easy to avoid.
The rifle blocks a lot of vision, which is annoying. Lots of sniper games have that, and it could be considered part of the difficulty, but I'd like to see upgrades to make it block much less vision.
The menus are annoying to call with the mouse because of the way the rifle cursor and the scrolling works. I suppose there's always the hotkeys I can use, but I can't help but think this could've gone better.
There was no real music, just war background sounds which get a bit annoying after a while. I prefer music. At least you included an option to turn them off.
Those tanks are a real pain in the ass without spamming your tools, and even then it takes several. I think that was the intention, though. :p I think that if you're playing a sniper game, and you can shoot the guy controling a vehicle, you should be able to eliminate it that way. It would make a lot of sense, and add strategy.
The airstrike seems like the worst tool to me. It's only useful if there's a lot of things in a row, but otherwise the other tools are so much better for focus firing.
Yeah, excuse the random arrangements of my thoughts. Despite all the tips/gripes/ideas/annoyances, I liked playing this a lot.
