Reviews for "Cloud to Ground Lightning"

Not Bad

It wasn't that bad but with the 20mm cannon I found that the aiming wasn't all that great....Even With the plane circling the area the 20mm should have been able to aim at a MUCH larger area or at least the area around the Helicopter if you want to make the game harder....Also the dead bodies MOVED! They didn't stay where they died on the terrain they would slide to different spots....

anybody here thinking mw2

its almost an exact replica.but kinda fun.

Not terribly impressed.

Theres a lot of gamplay issues that got in the way. The 20mm rotary had no range, and the zoomed in perspective made it difficult to have situational awareness. The 40 and 105's seemed to work only if they were in a good mood. The 105 reloads so slowly that I can't think of a good reason to even bother with it.
The way the AC130 Orbits the defense objective also irks me a bit, as there's always a quadrant of the battlefield I can't see even when I'm using the cannons. I think the downed pilots should also be able to shoot back.
Enemy AI seemed to amount to "Advance on downed chopper", and nothing else. I would've liked to see them try to hide under trees, throw flares to blind my IR, or somesuch.

meh

its ok but i mean iv'e seen WAY better games then this one if you made the game longer then it would be 8/10 in MY opinoion

Yeah...

Quite boring, for several reasons. The only cannon worth anything is the 40mm. 20mm zooms too close without the ability to go to all corners of the screen. You're limited to right around the helicopter, meaning 2/3 of your screen is occupied by something you should not hit... no good. Especially since a lot of times you can't even see an entire side to the chopper. Lack of variety in missions meant for me, play through it once, no point to do it again, other than to let the freakin thing blow up, or shoot it yourself.
