Well I don't know about that. But the original certainly was. I'm glad you thought mine could hold a candle to it ^_^
I think just about every Zelda fan loves this piece. It was so awesome, it made sailing endlessly on a vast, largely empty ocean feel epic. Don't get me wrong, I love Wind Waker, but I don't know if I could have made it through the sailing segments without this epic song to go with it. Glad to hear your rendition of it. Definitely a fun listen. Another case where I can't find a lot of specific things to criticize. About 2 minutes in, the slow drum beat was kinda meh, and I wasn't sure how well I thought it fit with the rest of the song. Aside from that, no complaints. Awesome job for just messing around for fun, it turned out great!
