Well mixed, humorous, and very creative idea :D Who could have better idea than CS vs Pokemon? That was so awesome. You need to make another episode, and from time to time upgrade your CT ;) Make them moar colorish.... You mean, not only use of 3-4 colors but try to make it more dynamic.
When the charmander jumped on the team, that WAS dynamic color. The shadow and color change, it was awesome too.
Keep up the great work and im waiting for another work from you.
