Fantastic concept.
Only suggestion is that it could use a bit of spicing up.

It is entertaining enough but alone the survival is difficult
A bit too easy
It was a good game, and the gradient-free, high contrast art was very visually pleasing, but the game seemed too easy. I mean, instead of getting penalized when you missed people, the pills turned into flowers and gave you /more/ score.
Also, to address the review below me, what the fuck? Why would you rate a game 0 because you think drug addicts are bad? Seriously, did you hate Pacman because of the power pills too?
Pretty fun!
It's challenging enough to keep you captivated! I had fun with it. But it's not dynamic enough to keep my attention for hours on end, you know? Maybe you should add some power ups or more bonuses for combos. Then I think it would be addicting.
