Clever, original (except for mario being there) AND FUN!!!!! You could create a xbox live arcade game out of this if you change the main character and put a hell of a lot of effort into it. GREAT JOB!!!!

the idea is incredible, and the experiment work pretty well, as someoen said before the screen scroll is too slow, but besides that perfect... work more on the idea, you can get pretty famous and pretty rich with this...

This is ingenious.
There's really not much else to say, other than it's a great idea, and good execution. Also, perhaps the name MarRis, Metris or Super Tetris Bros. would do as a working title as well.
