Height and age have nothing to do with the power level, the weight has to be in kg(calculating is always metric) and nobody only bench press. If you don't know the power level formula, then here:
w= weight(kg witch is 2.2lbs)
g= gravity(9.81)
f1= bicep curl + bench press(upper body)
f2= sit up + half of your weight(middle body)
f3= lifting weight with legs at front + back(lower body)
e= energy(.05=sleeping, .1=sleepy, .25=tired, .5=normal, .75=pre-hyper, 1=hyper)
m= matter

PL= square root<([w/g]+f1+f2+f3)e/2}

STEP 1: weight divided by gravity= Matter (square root<([w/g]+f1+f2+f3)e/2})
STEP 2: matter+upper body+middle body+lower body= Total force (square root<(m+f1+f2+f3)e/2})
STEP 3: total force X energy= Power (square root<fe/2})
STEP 4: Power divided by 2 (square root<P/2})
FINAL STEP: Square root the total power (square root<Pt})
And there's your power level. It's like fusing a bunch of scientific formulas in one. Electron levels: O)1x2)2^2x2)3^2x2)etc. (explains why divided by 2)
NOTE: A special calculator is required for this formula to speed up the process.
