This saddens me
I'm not "hating on Rina-chan" but this was too easy to predict and was kinda...bad. Not "oh this is the worst shit ever" bad, but more like "wow....really? I mean.....REALLY?!" bad. I give a 2 because it looks okay art-wise.

Honestly, i hope this review helps!
Your sense of humor is, how should i put it, too easily "read" by people as smart as the ones you'll find on the internet. Newgrounds does have its share of non-geniuses, but the humor you pursue is too easily enjoyed by the "newfags" of /b/. That population is growing, but they are also copying the people who hate on you a lot, so you're pretty much ruined at this point.
Now, onto the actual flash...
The animation was pretty good, a little too repetitive, quite a bit of re-used animation, but great art. As i mentioned up there, the jokes were way too focused on a specific group of people, you may want to think of having someone else come up with additional jokes, just to avoid too much criticism.
All things considered, it was a good animation, it just needed a little more work. You two are really talented, and you should never give up just because of all these negative reviews :)

Honestly, Chode was WAY better than this. This is just...just....WRONG! YOU VIOLATE! What is this, anyway? I feel like it's a mixture of weeaboo fanbois and Runka Chunks with an extra heap of dick and fat jokes. Mix in a few black people and a refrence to facebook (you need to be burned for that) and you've got a vile of molten Hell.
Maybe actually try to make something that doesn't make me stare at my screen in terror?
