Not very good. Kinda choppy, and the physics were bad. Him throwing the bolt on the gun back made no sense. It lacked any storyline, or anything that interesting to tell the truth. Develope something more interesting next time. Work on your animation skills too. Do this and you can be a good animator.

well, you tried.
The animation was jerky, and I can tell you haven't done very much in flash before too. The one scene that was somewhat acceptable, the one where he lasered the 1337 dude, was such a rip off from krinkels's sprites...it was just terrible. I know you know what I'm talking about. Yeah! The one where the agent kind of dissolves? You didn't make that, Krinkels did. I'm fine with people copying sprites, but this was just stealing.
Also, the halo was unproportional with his head, and the sniper rifle was too thin. He also took way too long assembleing the sniper.
Truly, I think you should up your animation skills and submit something else when you do. This just doesn't work for me.

You certainly could've added a background and frames per second. Other than that, it would've been better to use your own sprites than using other sprites (because in my opinion it's not that original)...
