Awkward Controls and Other Minor Things
This game is pretty good over all. I think that the upgrades are all a bit too basic, adding something that's bigger and more fun like a ray gun or something. Also i think that the controls are very awkward, like if you wanted to use the gun your right hand is usually on the arrow keys to steer so if you keep your mouse on the right side of the keyboard it is rather difficult reaching over trying to press that button while steering the drill. Maybe you could have the space bar or shift be the button to fire the gun.
As said before this game really does have great potential, with i few minor tweeks it'll be awesome!

Amusing, but quickly dull.
This game has the makings of something better. The production values are excellent, and the upgrades are satisfying. I can't help but think that making the turret a more active part of the experience would contribute quite a bit to the overall game. Also, the upgrades are far too powerful for the game to complete itself so quickly. Competing miners, or an option to continue digging would be excellent. Why not an Easter egg for hitting the core of the earth? Or for popping out on the opposite hemisphere? A Lost World reference would go well here, or a brief passage through lava flows or ocean. Mass potential. While the execution is solid, it doesn't offer much beyond that initial click. Hell, I'm writing this review while the digger hits the bottom yet again on its own, and I don't even have all of the upgrades. (Just buy fuel efficiency and chance for fuel to spawn, and you've just about got it.)
